The Department of Economics echoes the University’s “Support Fund for 2020 Graduates” to announce a “Special Student Support Programme” on helping graduates in job training, getting internship, research assistant, and further studies.  Please refer to the details of the support programmes as follows:

(3)   Special Scheme for Lingnan Graduates (SSLG): Special tuition fee of MIBF/MIDE programme for eligible students in 2020 intakes is HKD20,000 (local students can be reimbursed for the tuition fee by CEF after completion of the programme).  Interested students with CGPA of 2.67 or above are urged to apply.

Note: 

  • The following graduating students are eligible to apply for the financial support of Special Student Support Programme offered by Economics Department:
  • ECO Major
  • CAPS or SPPS Major (who took at least 5 stream required/elective courses offered by Economics Department)
  • Minor in Economics
  • Each eligible graduating student can obtain the financial support via ONE of the above-mentioned programmes only.
  • To accommodate the students’ needs, the Department may adjust the quotas/amounts of the programmes if necessary.
