Job Duties
|
- Handling Database Management and CRM Execution Projects
- Marketing project coordination and execution with colleagues and external parties
- Assist in Marketing, Social Media and Branding Projects, including Copywriting, Translation and promotion materials preparation including leaflet, letter, email and online content marketing in social media platform
- Actively participate in promoting corporate online & offline marketing services to potential and existing clients (Mainly through Cold and Warm Calls, Zoom/ face to face presentation)
- Liaise, meet and coordinate with partners to drive new business opportunities
- Daily Sales Administration and related tasks
- Assist in ad hoc administration projects assigned

Required Skills
|
- Proficient in both English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is required
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Good knowledge of application software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing
- Knowledge in Design and Video editing software would be an advantage
- Good time management and project management
- Self-motivated, hard-working, willing to learn, and able to work well independently
