Prof. Li is a Professor and Head in the Department of Finance and Insurance, Lingnan University, Hong Kong. He obtained his doctoral degree from Texas A&M University with a major in Economics (2004). Prof. Li's research focuses on theory of risk and insurance. He has published articles in insurance Journals (such as Journal of Risk and Insurance and Insurance: Mathematics and Economics) and economics journals (such as Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Mathematical Economics, Economics letters, Mathematical Social Sciences, Journal of Macroeconomics and Journal of Economics). He had been teaching several different courses at Lingnan University including Life and Health Insurance, Property and Liability Insurance, Personal Risk and Financial Planning, Principles of Risk management and Financial Management.
