Lingnan University participates at Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit 2021

Jointly hosted by the HKSAR Government and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and co-organised with the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, the Gerontech and Innovation Expo cum Summit (GIES), is the largest gerontechnology public education event in Hong Kong. The GIES provides a platform for the general public to explore and learn about various technology and solutions, it also facilitates the development of several pilot services and projects.

Lingnan University promotes the Gerontechnology and Smart Ageing project and certificate courses at the GIES (from 3 to 6 November) to promote the collaboration for border adoption of technology in the aging society. The LU team also arranges guided tours for the students and teenagers to understand the gerontehcnology development in Hong Kong.
