We have introduced an online paper submission and paper reviewing system, authors and reviewers are required to follow the instructions below for paper submission and paper reviewing. Paper submission

(1) Go to http://meetings.aib.msu.edu/seasia/2018/
(2) Select “Manuscript Submission Form”.
(3) Follow all the instructions thereof and the author will receive an email of confirmation.
(4) After receiving the email confirmation, author could go to 
http://meetings.aib.msu.edu/seasia/2018/ and select “Author Login” to log in for the paper status and reviewer's comments.

Paper Reviewing

(1) Go to http://meetings.aib.msu.edu/seasia/2018/
(2) Select “Reviewer Login”.
(3) Follow all the instructions thereof and the reviewer will receive an email of confirmation.
(4) After assigning a paper to the reviewer, she/he will receive an email of notification.
(5) After receiving the email confirmation, log in at
http://meetings.aib.msu.edu/seasia/2018/, select “Reviewer Login” to retrieve manuscripts assigned for reviewing and submit comments online.

We all know having a sufficient number of knowledgeable reviewers is critical for the success of an academic conference, so we ask your favor to sign up as our reviewer. Just a few steps to sign up, go to
http://meetings.aib.msu.edu/seasia/2018/signup.php and fill out the reviewer form. You could sign up for multiple tracks which match your areas of expertise.

A quality program can only be achieved through a quality review process, and we need the assistance of you to contribute as our reviewer.

Membership fees  are for 12 months of membership, starting  from the day AIB Headquarter processes your membership application.

Individuals with gross annual incomes less than US$25,000.

Proof of full-time student status is required.

Available to low income individuals from low income or low-middle-income economies only (according to the classifications of the World Bank). Web access only to JIBS, AIB Newsletter and Member Directory. No print materials will be sent.

The registration fee includes luncheons, coffee breaks, conference dinner, and a copy of Conference Proceedings and does NOT include the accommodation fee and travel expense. Participants have to be responsible for all traveling expenses incurred in attending the Conference.

* Conference Proceedings is in CD format and costs US$25 for additional copy.


Cancellation policy
We understand that members who have registered for the conference may have to cancel their registrations due to unforeseen circumstances. While we try to accommodate cancellations to the best of our ability, any cancellation, especially late ones, put us at a difficult situation. Due to the size of our conference, we make many of our arrangements well in advance and therefore cancellations come with a cost to us. Therefore, we will follow the AIB's cancellation policy that is developed by AIB Board to balance the needs of our members with the costs of cancellation. As such, please note that cancellation requests for an already confirmed registration will be processed according to the following schedule:

Before 17 October: 100% refund (US$20=HK$156 cancellation fee will be charged)
18 October – 14 November: 50% refund
After 14 November: No refunds available
