Research Interests

Her research interests include operations-marketing interfaces and supply chain management. She focuses on exploring multi-channel management and platform operations in the e-commerce era with the consideration of disruptive technologies (e.g., blockchain) adoption. She also explores social influences related behaviors on operations. She has rich publication experiences in high-impact journals like Annals of Operations Research, Decision Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Production Economics, and Transportation Research Part E.
