The Award was presented to the department of each of the University’s three Faculties (i.e. Faculty of Arts, Faculty of Business, Faculty of Social Sciences) that have research areas achieving the highest score in an internal exercise in which more than 30 international academics were invited from renowned institutions to assess publications of the University’s faculty members.

The Award was presented to exemplary impact cases supported by the University’s Knowledge Transfer Project Fund in which research findings have been extended to benefit the social, cultural and economic fabrics of the community or related profession.
