The Carbon Neutral Action programme is sponsored by the Sustainable Development Fund, and the exhibition aims to show the community how to save energy in dressing, dining, transport, and living in general, as well as raising public awareness of carbon emissions, sustainable development.

Low Carbon Ambassadors have been recruited through LU and the Elder Academy, and trained to promote intergenerational solidarity. The programme also organises energy saving, waste reduction and water-saving initiatives in the LU hostels and West New Territories, which will directly benefit over 4,000 people.
