Orientation for the Global Liberal Arts Programme

The first contingent of 28 students in the Bachelor of Arts (Honours) of the Global Liberal Arts Programme (GLAP) – from Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Mainland China and Malaysia – are excited about starting this new chapter of their lives at Lingnan University.

Prof Joshua Mok Ka-ho, Vice-President and GLAP core course teacher, together with Prof Shalendra Sharma, Associate Vice-President (Academic Quality Assurance and Internationalisation), GLAP Director and core course teacher, and Prof Grace Chou, Richard Simmons, Denise Tang and Gregory Whitten, who are GLAP core course teachers and/or academic advisers, welcomed the freshmen at the orientation activity on 30 August. The students were promised a comprehensive interdisciplinary programme incorporating a top-quality liberal arts education, a well-designed curriculum, study abroad experience and dedicated and caring colleagues.
