Introduction:

Prior to joining Lingnan University, Prof. Lam was a successful serial entrepreneur and experienced business executive with 20 more years in business start-ups, corporate consultancy, innovation and strategic management. His extensive business exposures and international connections were developed through working in global enterprises like IBM and NEC in Canada, US, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mainland China.

In the recent years, he worked in The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and supported students in the entrepreneurship education, start-ups funding, international business competitions and MBA programs in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He has taught postgraduate programs and executive trainings in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Innovations, Strategic Management, Sustainability Management, Digital Transformation and Social Entrepreneurship.
