Introduction:

Prof. Li received her Ph.D. in Management from CUHK. Her current research interests include nonwork-related behaviors and intervention, unethical work behaviors, emotions, and leadership. Her research has appeared in journals of Journal of Applied Psychology and Asia Pacific Journal of Management.
