Secondary school principals and teachers visited Lingnan to learn our latest developments

Some 60 principals, vice principals and career guidance masters from 40 local secondary schools visited Lingnan to learn about the University’s liberal arts education and programme developments. They also visited student hostels to experience our vibrant campus life.
 
President Leonard K Cheng introduced the characteristics of Lingnan's liberal arts education – student-centred teaching, colourful hostel life, internationalised learning environment, close teacher-student relationships and service-learning. The guests also visited a new student hostel The Jockey Club New Hall and met with the University’s senior management team and representatives of faculties and Registry to understand Lingnan’s whole-person education, latest programme developments, internship opportunities and graduate employment.
 
Dr Raymond Ng, Director of Lingnan’s Community College and Institute of Further Education also shared the latest development of CCLU & LIFE to forge closer ties with secondary schools.
