Lingnan University to confer honorary doctorates upon three distinguished individuals

Lingnan University will confer honorary doctorates upon three distinguished individuals in recognition of their outstanding achievements in their respective professions and valuable contributions to the well-being of society.

 

The honorary doctorate recipients are Prof Joseph LAU Shiu-Ming, Emeritus Professor of Department of Chinese, Lingnan University, Mr PAN Sutong, Chairman, Goldin Real Estate Financial Holdings Limited and Dr Edmund TSE Sze-Wing, GBS, Independent Non-executive Chairman and Independent Non-executive Director, AIA.

 

The honorary doctorates will be awarded at the 49th Congregation of Lingnan University to be held at the Chan Tak Tai Auditorium on campus on 22 November. The ceremony will be presided by Chancellor The Hon Mrs Carrie LAM CHENG Yuet Ngor, GBM, GBS, The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
