Business students join field trip to Peking University for startup ideas

To arouse students’ interest in entrepreneurship and let them explore entrepreneurial and business cultures in China, the Faculty of Business organised a seven-day field trip to Peking University for Lingnan students in December 2019.

Led by Prof Yang Hongyan, Director of Entrepreneurship Education in the Faculty of Business, students visited the China Innovation Index Research Center of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Peking University, and attended a lecture delivered by academics from Tsinghua University as well as some seminars and a workshop with respected entrepreneurs and investors.

They also paid visits to prominent startups in Beijing, including the GeeDee International Innovation Center, Revo Laboratories and TAIHUONIAO Incubator.
