How to Apply "Design Thinking" in Daily Life?

22 October 2020 (Thu) / 4:30 – 6pm / Zoom

The world is changing rapidly.  Somehow, we cannot foresee what challenges we will face tomorrow, so the skillsets of tackling problems are essential.  The speaker will introduce the concepts and share how "Design Thinking" helps him in his service and business world to let students understand the whole structured approach process - to empathy, define, ideate, prototype, and test through daily examples.  Better personal development for each participant is the aim of this workshop.

Mr Leo Chan (Supervisor of Wofoo Leaders' Network Steering Committee 2020-22)

Event Management

3 November 2020 (Tue) / 4:30 – 6pm / Zoom
As an international business city, there are packed calendars of events of all sizes. Every industry, including schools and charitable organizations, would hold events to market themselves, build brand names and partnerships or raise funds. The speaker will introduce the different nature of events, techniques on event planning and operations to students, as well as his/her experience in event management, operational management, evaluation, and post-event management. This workshop could enable students to understand event management better and facilitate them to make better event preparation.

Ms Akina Wong (Chapter Advisor of Wofoo Leaders' Network)

Business Etiquette: DOs & DON'Ts

17 November 2020 (Tue) / 4:30 – 6pm / Zoom

How to present yourself properly on different occasions is always essential. This workshop will allow students to understand better the protocol in a formal setting, Chinese and Western etiquette, like table manners and wine tasting. The speaker will also interactively use big tests to help students correct the small movements and bad habits to enhance their cultivation.

Mr Eugene Fong (Supervisor Wofoo Leaders' Network Steering Committee 2018-20)
