Mrs. Anka LO has more than 20 years of Social Work experience, especially on youth work and work with women. She recently developed social enterprise as restaurants to help the underprivileged women and young people to join in the work force, in order to enhance their abilities to improve their living standard. 'To cook with heart and to serve with love' is what she emphasis on their working attitudes, create harmony atmosphere dinning for the customers.

Mrs. Lo was honored by the HKSAR Government for the Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service Awards in 2004.
