Vice President Professor Joshua Mok speaks at Zhenjiang and Changjiang Education Forum

Professor Joshua Mok, Vice President of Lingnan University and Changjiang Chair Professor conferred by the Ministry of Education, China was invited by Changjiang Education Research Institute to deliver his plenary speech entitled “Questing for Academic Excellence: The Lingnan Liberal Arts Education Experience” at the Zhenjiang and Changjiang Education Forum held on 27 January in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu.  Over 100 presidents and vice presidents, senior academics and higher education researchers participated in the Forum including those from major Chinese universities such as Nanjing University, Tsinghua University, Zhejiang University, Beijing Normal University, Jiangsu University, East China Normal University and Xiamen University. Speakers from the Chinese Ministry of Education also joined the Forum sharing the latest policy changes and reforms in higher education. Professor Joshua Mok’s speech was well received and stronger links with leading higher education research institutions in Mainland China have been established during the event.
