Professor Joshua Ka Ho Mok, Vice President and Lam Man Tsan Chair Professor of Comparative Policy, Lingnan University was invited by Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 to deliver a keynote talk at the 1st International Conference on Innovation in Higher Education in Dynamic Asia: Internationalization of Higher Education in Dynamic Asia on 2 Dec 2022. The topic of Professor Mok’s talk was “The Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Higher Education: A New Resilience Test for Transnational Higher Education in Hong Kong”.
