In this Seminar, Prof. Wang will talk about an overview of leadership research, and present two examples of emerging and cross-disciplinary research on leadership. One of the studies used event-based experience sampling in leadership research, and the other applied behavioural genetics in leadership research.
Prof. Wang received her PhD in Management from National University of Singapore. Her research interests include leadership, motivation and emotions, entrepreneurship, social interaction, and behavioural genetics.
