The programme structure of OPEM is shown in the Table below. Students are required to satisfactorily complete 9 courses with a total of 30 credits (including three compulsory courses in  the Organisational Psychology cluster, five elective courses in the Education Management cluster, and, one Capstone Project) *.

* The offering of elective courses is subject to sufficient demand and faculty availability.

Summer/ Winter Term will be an intensive block of overseas Experiential Learning trip (optional).

Graduation Requirements

A student who has fulfilled all the requirements for graduation will be awarded Award of Master of Social Sciences in Organisational Psychology and Education Management (OPEM) with one of the following classifications.

Degree Classification Minimum Cumulative G.P.A.
Distinction 3.50
Pass 2.67

These classifications are given according to the student's Cumulative G.P.A. on all courses.
