Biography of Speaker

Patrick Poon is an Associate Professor at the Department of Marketing and International Business, Lingnan University. He is currently the Director of Undergraduate Business Programmes. Patrick received his PhD at the University of Queensland, major in Technology Management and Marketing. He has published widely in various international journals. His current research areas include product-harm crises on brand equity, consumer health behaviour, and consumer envy and animosity.
