Faculty

The IMCSP programme is offered by the Department of Sociology and Social Policy (SOCSP) with support of the Asia-Pacific Institute for Ageing Studies (APIAS) and the Centre for Public Policy Studies (CPPS) at Lingnan University.

The faculty of the IMCSP programme are internationally recognised experts and frequently contribute to leading peer-reviewed journals in the academic field of Social Policy.

Your professors are leading the critical developments in comparative social policy analysis, design, advocacy and delivery. They are serving as editors of leading journals, such as Journal of Asian Public Policy as well as book series, such as Research in Comparative and Global Social Policy, Comparative Development and Policy in Asia, and Social Policy and Development Studies in East Asia.

Mr Jeff CHAN (SOCSP Graduate)
Lingnan is an overlooked university in Hong Kong. It is a place where students can explore their talents with all-rounded support. Professors always have an open door and welcome questions. They adjust their teaching to meet the students’ skills and interests and in order to achieve better understanding and application of social policy theories. Mr Jeff CHAN (SOCSP Graduate)
