Mr Louis Mak is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of I-Access Group, which set up the first discount broker in Hong Kong, now serving over 50,000 clients. Mr Mak was working at the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, and has over 20-year industry experience in the financial services sector.

Mr Mak is a director of the HKSI Institute, and chairs its Outreach Committee. He is appointed a member of the HKEx's Derivatives Market Consultative Panel.

Mr Mak holds BA in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, LLB from the Manchester Metropolitan University, and LLM from the University of Hong Kong. He also possesses the professional qualifications of CFA, CFPCM, and CIIA.
