Lingnan ranks third in the world for ‘Quality Education’ for second consecutive year!

Lingnan University (LU) is ranked third in the world for “Quality Education” in the latest Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2022 released today, 28 April 2022.

There were 1,180 institutions participating in 2022 THE Impact Rankings (Quality Education) – a 22 per cent increase over last year – and LU has maintained its World Top 3 position with a better score than last year, confirming Lingnan’s international edge as a global leader in Quality Education and High Impact Research.

THE Impact Rankings assesses the social impact of universities throughout the world, based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations. Its “Quality Education” category assesses a university’s contribution to early years and lifelong learning, its pedagogy research, and its commitment to inclusive education.

In addition to “Quality Education”, Lingnan has initiated and conducted a wide spectrum of community projects as well as humanitarian inventions and research that directly address key social issues in the SDGs, which align with Lingnan’s core values of “Education: Care for Learning”, and “Research: Impact with Care”.
