  • 個人簡介

    黃教授具有工商管理、文學及藝術史的學術資歷,特別熱衷以跨學科、比較形式和全球視野等角度,去探討藝術及博物館中的跨文化議題。她於英國聖安德魯斯大學取得藝術史博士學位,一直以來對1880年至1980年間中國書畫在英國的接收情況進行了廣泛的研究,尤其關注與大英博物館和牛津阿什莫爾藝術與考古博物館相關的重要藏品、收藏家、策展人、學者及藝術家。


    黃教授在嶺南大學視覺研究系主要從事藝術史及博物館學的教學與研究工作。她曾先後任教於香港大學和香港浸會大學,並於大英博物館和香港藝術館進行實習。她亦是倫敦藝術大學、英國維多利亞與亞伯特博物館及牛津大學的訪問學者。其研究成果已發表於多個國際學術會議、客席學術講座、公開講座及學術刊物。她編輯了兩部英文學術書,亦在其他編輯書籍及國際知名的期刊上發表了不少文章,例如:《收藏史期刊》、《伯靈頓雜誌》、《亞洲藝術》等。


    在香港研究資助局的資助支持下,黃教授近年進行的研究項目為「1930至1980年間英國對近代中國書畫的收藏與展覽歷史」及「中英兩國於中國書畫的策展交流:勞倫斯 · 比尼恩、 喬治 · 歐默福普洛斯及其中國朋友」。她目前正在為英國曼徹斯特大學出版社撰寫新書,名為《早期中國書畫在英國之接收:收藏、展示與詮釋》。
