Jaspar LAU has been active in writing about the contemporary art of Hong Kong. His present research focuses on the usage of photo collages in some of the Hong Kong publications during the 1960s and 1970s.
Ms Christina Chen WANGPhD student (2017-2020)
Christina Chen WANG holds an MA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Her research interests are film history and historiography, Chinese film studies, and transcultural communication.
Mr Pui Chung LEEMphil student (2018-2020)
Pui Chung LEE has obtained a BA degree in philosophy with a minor in cinema studies from Lingnan University. His current research focuses on virtual reality cinema.
Mr Sikder Md ZULKERNINEPhD student (2018-2021)
Sikder Md Zulkernine obtained his Bachelor and Masters' degrees in Archaeology from Jahangirnagar University in Bangladesh. He also completed a Master of Arts in Archaeology and Ancient History of India at MS University of Baroda in India and a Master of Science in International Museum Studies at Goteborg University in Sweden. He worked as an intern at Guimet Museum in Paris and has been a research scholar of the ImaginAsia family programme at the Arthur M. Sackler Gallery and Freer Gallery of Art, Smithsonian Institutions in Washington DC. Zulkernine's research interests include museum education, museums and their communities, heritage and cultural studies, ethnography and ethno-archaeology, art education and digital technology. His doctoral research at Lingnan University focuses on learning at museums.
