GOVERNANCE

1. HEPGCG is initiated and governed by the Steering Committee, composed as follows:
   • Prof Futao HUANG, Hiroshima University, Japan
   • Prof Jenny J LEE, University of Arizona, the USA
   • Prof Nian Cai LIU, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China
   • Prof Simon MARGINSON, University of Oxford, the UK
   • Prof Ka Ho Joshua MOK, Lingnan University, HK SAR
2. The Steering Committee is responsible for setting the agenda, organizing events, and managing the affairs of HEGCG.
3. The Steering Committee is accountable to the membership and will provide regular reports on its activities and finances.
