A warm welcome from Lingnan University, a dynamic liberal arts university characterised by quality teaching and research, as well as experiential learning by way of active community engagement.
A rewarding education environment and a vigorous research platform constantly enriched through professional seminars and international exchanges are just some of the aspects through which our Taught Postgraduate programmes can help you pursue and realise your dreams.
You will be no doubt be impressed by just how multicultural campus life is. Half of our faculty members have international background while one-seventh of our student population are non-local full-programme or semester-long exchange students. Through cross-cultural interaction and exchange, our students not only gain academic knowledge, but also extra-curricular learning experiences and exposure to other cultures. Indeed, a major objective of Lingnan's liberal arts education is to provide students with international exposure. To achieve this, we invite guests from the UK, China and other parts of the world to share their valuable insight and experience on various topics in order to equip students with updated knowledge, skills and awareness needed to achieve their goals.
Our students not only study hard but are encouraged to play hard as well. We are convinced that our students learn through experiential exposure by way of participating in our multi-faceted events, for instance a boat tour and graduation dinner.
Internship opportunities are always welcomed and treasured by students. We offer a wide range of overseas, mainland and local internship opportunities for students to gain experience in real work situation, apply and adjust what they have learned in class, and broaden their exposure in culturally diverse and rich environments, thereby equipping them with the requisite skills for future career development.
I look forward to seeing you on campus.
