Dr. and Mrs. T. S. Tong Conference Chamber Naming Ceremony

Lingnan University received a generous donation from former Council Chairman Dr Tong Tin Sun in support of the “Dr. and Mrs. T. S. Tong Prize” and the “LU Entrepreneurship Fund”. The Dr. and Mrs. T. S. Tong Prize aims at commending outstanding graduands from the LEO Dr David P. Chan Data Science Undergraduate Programme, while the LU Entrepreneurship Fund will provide seed funds and professional support to students and alumni to establish their start-ups. In appreciation of Dr Tong’s generous support, a conference chamber on the ground floor of the Wong Administration Building was named “Dr. and Mrs. T. S. Tong Conference Chamber”. The Naming Ceremony, officiated by Dr and Mrs T. S. Tong and President Leonard K Cheng, was held on 30 June 2021.
