Lee & Man Paper Lingnan Walkathon 2023 – Walk for Start-ups!

The “Lee & Man Paper Lingnan Walkathon 2023 – Walk for Start-ups!” (the Event) was held on Sunday, 23 April 2023 at the Art Park in West Kowloon Cultural District. Around a thousand students, teachers, alumni and friends of Lingnan University participating in the Event physically and virtually. Over HK$3 million was raised in this event for supporting Lingnan students and young graduates to pursue their entrepreneurial initiatives with a focus on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.
The Event was honoured by the presence of the Honourable Paul CHAN Mo-po, GBM, GBS, MH, JP, Financial Secretary of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region as the guest of honour. Guests and participants started the Walk at the Great Lawn and completed the approximately 3 km circle walk around the Art Park and along the waterfront promenade. A funfair was held after the walk on the lawn with music performances, workshops, games, and teaching and learning booths, attracting an enthusiastic audience.
