Roll Cake Making Workshop
Roll Cake Making Workshop was successfully held on 25 February 2023 (Saturday) at YMCA College Of Careers. There were 19 participants including our alumni and their family members/ friends. Instructed by the seasoned dessert making chef, alumni partnering with their family member/ friend to turn the food materials into tasty dessert.
Through the 2-hour learning journey, they all enjoyed the fun of baking and were very engaged in class. They took pictures with their products happily and enjoyed a pleasant weekend together. They then brought home with their tasty fruit roll cake and shared with their families.
