Dr. Zilin CHEN joined Lingnan University in 2026 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance. Prior to joining Lingnan, he worked at the School of Finance at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Dr. Chen holds a PhD in Finance from Singapore Management University, an MA in Statistics from the National University of Singapore, and a BS in Economics from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. His research interests span asset pricing, behavioral finance, and FinTech. His work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Banking & Finance, and Journal of Business Finance & Accounting.
