Dr. Shihua QIN is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance at Lingnan University. She holds a PhD degree in Finance from the University of Hong Kong and received her Bachelor of Economics in Finance and Master of Finance from Zhejiang University. Her research interests include corporate finance, ESG, finance and health, FinTech, and financial innovation. Her papers have been presented in major finance conferences including American Finance Association (AFA) Annual Meeting and Western Finance Association (WFA) Annual Meeting, and featured on Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
