Message from medical insurance underwriter – “Download and explore your new employee benefits mobile app”

On behalf of our medical insurance underwriter, Generali, we would like to let you know that Generali has launched a new e-Claim platform “GenBRAVO” on 13 November 2023, and the old one “WeCare” would cease operations on the same date.

 

In order to make an e-Claim, you have to do a registration as follows:

 

  1. Download the "GenBravo" or do it online at https://genbravo.generali.com.hk/login
  2. Run the "GenBravo" App or click the above link, and then select "Existing We Care User Registration" at the bottom of the screen,
  3. Input the Policy Number (88001082), Member ID (your staff number), and your existing password in "WeCare"
  4. Follow the instruction on the screen to complete the registration.

 

Appended below is the email from Generali, which might have been sent to you on Monday 13 November 2023.

 

If you have difficulty in using the mobile App to complete the registration, please try using the link provided above.

 

If you require assistance for registering with the new platform, please contact Ms Nancy Wai at ext. 8812 or Ms Hei Mok at ext. 8800.

Generali’s brand-new employee benefits platform, GenBRAVO, is now available for you via mobile app or web platform. It enables you to manage your group medical insurance with ease, anytime and anywhere. 

 

From today onwards, "We Care" will be replaced by the new GenBRAVO

Your existing profile, claims records and other information have been transferred to GenBRAVO automatically. Please access GenBRAVO via anyof the following methods.

Quick guide for the first login

  1. Simply click “Existing We Care User Registration” at the bottom of the login page.
  2. Follow the instructions to input the required information to login.
  3. After login, you may set up a GenBRAVO account for your spouse under Profile / Dependent, if needed.
