Professor Richard M. WALKER

Prof Richard M. Walker is the Director of the Institute of Policy Studies. Prof Walker is the Lee Shau Kee Foundation Chair Professor of Public Administration in the Department of Government and International Affairs and the School of Graduate Studies. He is a scholar of public administration with a focus on citizen-government relationships and the effective management of government. Prof Walker’s policy research has focused on understanding the effectiveness of policy tools and issues of sustainability. To answer these questions he draws on lab and survey experimental research methods, integration studies and computational social sciences.
