Professor LIANG Cong

Prof Liang Cong's research applies advanced data analytics including statistical and machine learning, urban big data, econometrics, spatial analysis, and text as data to study the impact of urban policies on communities. He examines how policies across pandemic control, shared economy development, housing, urban renewal, land use, and transportation shape community outcomes. This work has appeared in leading journals such as Transportation Research Part A, Regional Studies, Cities, Building and Environment, Environment and Planning B, Urban Studies, Habitat International, Applied Geography, and Land Use Policy.
