Summer Bees 蜂．漬．行

世界上80%的顯花植牣靠昆蟲授粉，其中的85%靠蜜蜂授粉；另有90%的果樹靠蜜蜂授粉。若沒有蜜蜂傳授花粉，4萬種植物將會繁育困難，從而頻臨滅絕。
 

6月30日會帯大家參觀的素園蜂場位於龍山隧道上方，臥在八仙嶺山群腳底，群山環繞，獨特的地理環境促使蜜蜂採收大自然中野生植物的花蜜。素園蜂場在養蜂過程中不會使用藥物（有些國家會允許蜂農使用藥物對抗巢蟲，它們會殘留在蜂蜜中），保證了蜂蜜的天然。大家如果想更了解香港養蜂業；參觀一下本地蜂場；親手做一瓶屬於自己的本地蜂蜜蜜漬，歡迎參加「蜂・漬・行」暑假本地遊～

The activity is organized by I-Common HK and Office of the Core Curriculum (OCC). Participants will take an ecological walk and visit the So Yuen Bees Garden at Fanling. They will discover interesting stories about our apiculture and environment. At the garden, they will also learn to make marinaded food with honey. 

So Yuen Bees Garden was founded in 2023. The founder hopes to keep the original taste of honey through beekeeping. His ultimate goals are to preserve the flavor of food and maintain the human touch in our city.
