Empower Your Future: Lingnan Postgraduate Orientation 2025
The “Empower Your Future” Lingnan Postgraduate Orientation 2025 was held on 28 August, welcoming a record-breaking 3,600 new postgraduate students from over 10 countries and regions.
The ceremony celebrated Lingnan’s global achievements, including No.1 worldwide for Quality Education and No.1 in Hong Kong for No Poverty in the 2025 THE Impact Rankings, as well as becoming the first Asian host of a UN University Hub, followed by a vibrant Campus Carnival with interactive booths. ORKT had its booth on intellectual property, where students actively engaged to gain practical insights, offering them a hands-on opportunity to demystify intellectual property, explore copyright and patent essentials, and discover how IP fuels academic impact and societal value.
