GUIN Inauguration Ceremony cum Grand Kick-off of Hong Kong Techathon+ 10th Anniversary

On 11 July 2025, Lingnan University participated in the inauguration of the Global University Innovation Network (GUIN) at Hong Kong Science Park. The ceremony, hosted by Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) and co-organised with 15 universities, also launched the 10th-anniversary edition of the flagship Hong Kong Techathon+ innovation marathon.
This dual-purpose event formally established GUIN as a collaborative platform to connect global universities for talent development and research commercialisation, while energising the community for the upcoming Techathon+ competition.
As a member, Lingnan University aims to leverage this network to strengthen interdisciplinary research, particularly in areas such as AI and sustainable development, and provide global entrepreneurial opportunities for our scholars and students, actively contributing to Hong Kong's innovation ecosystem.
