To further promote Hong Kong as an Age-friendly City, Lingnan University has launched the “Jockey Club Age-friendly City - Ambassador Training Scheme"  from January 2022 to June 2023. Elderly centers and organizations from various districts were invited to join the programme. Through a series trainings and workshops around themes on Age-friendly City domains, youngsters and elderly were empowered as AFC ambassadors.  The ambassadors initiated various community action plans, namely - "Small Changes in the Community, Big Improvement in Age-friendliness”.

The feature videos recorded the journey and showcasing the "bottom-up" and "community-based" approach in enhancing the age-friendliness across districts. Together, we co-create a sustainable Age-friendly city in the community.
