Shaoguan Visiting Tour 2024

The Alumni Relations Team organized the "Shaoguan Visiting Tour 2024" from November 16 to 17. Led by Professor LAU Chi-pang, the Associate Vice-President (Institutional Advancement and External Affairs) cum Director of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs, participants visited the former Lingnan College in Shaoguan, a South China Education History Research Base, as well as the Exhibition Hall at Shaoguan University to understand the history of institutional relocation. Participants also strolled through the landmark building, Fengcai Building, and the Century-old East Street, soaking in the historical atmosphere, and enjoyed local scenic spots such as the Mount Danxia and Nanhua Temple. This event received strong support from alumni, faculty staff, and students from various departments, with over 50 participants and enthusiastic feedback. ​This event was reported by local media in Shaoguan.
