In the years ahead, CERP will focus on the major economic and financial issues including the development strategy for the internationalisation of Renminbi, policy direction of the “free trade zone” and its impact on the economy of Mainland China and Hong Kong, and financial innovation and market supervision.

In the past three years, we have completed more than 10 policy research reports regarding Hong Kong, Shanghai-Hong Kong aspects, and gained wide attention from the government and academic institutes.
