Conference Registration Fee

Conference Registration includes

• A welcome package containing a name badge, programme book, and souvenirs (2 pcs)
• Admission to all presentation sessions from 27 to 31 March 2026
• Coffee breaks
• Guided tours at Ocean Park and Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden (sign-up required due to limited spaces)
• Workshops (sign-up required due to limited spaces)
• An e-certificate of attendance

How to Register (Including Instructions for Overseas Participants)

1. Complete the online registration form by clicking here.
2. Upon competing the online form, you will receive an email within 3 working days containing a secure payment link.
3. Please complete your payment promptly to confirm your registration. The early registration fee applies only if full payment is received on or before 6 February 2026 (23:59 HKT, UTC+8), regardless of the date you submit the online form.
   • Overseas participants: Payment will be made by credit card online. Payments are processed in Hong Kong dollars (HKD). The final amount charged may vary according to your bank’s exchange rate at the time of payment. Please be aware that your bank or credit card company may charge international transaction fees.
   • Local participants: Payment can be made via the Faster Payment System (FPS).
4. Registration is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Please complete payment promptly to guarantee your place.
5. Due to limited capacity, registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment and Cancellation Policies

• All registration fees are payable in Hong Kong dollars and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The conference organisers are unable to provide refunds in the event of cancellation, no-shows, or travel restrictions.
• Participants are responsible for arranging any personal insurance, including travel and health insurance, well in advance of the conference.
