Professor ZHAI Keyu Colin

Based on the research output and expertise of Prof Keyu Colin Zhai at Lingnan University, his policy research examines international student policy and talent policy within the context of higher education governance and innovation mobility. Particular attention is given to the spatial and temporal dynamics of talent flows, drawing on his empirical analysis of China’s innovation mobility. By integrating findings from his work on university governance and sustainable development, his research tries to formulate policy recommendations that enhance international student integration, cross-border talent retention and knowledge-based economic growth. These recommendations hold specific relevance for Hong Kong as a regional hub for higher education.
