职权范围

咨询委员会通常应每年举行一次会议，以帮助规划和审查以下工作方面，包括未来的发展：

1. 与本地和区域需要有关的课程/课程的水平及长度；

2. 有关课程/课程是否切合本地和区域需要；

3. 毕业生在本地和区域就业的前景；

4. 学术单位的设备及其他资源是否足以满足本地和区域的需要；

5. 由学术单位与社会适当界别合办的教学及其他活动的发展；

6. 由学术单位提供的调查顾问及其他服务；和

7. 不断检讨社会人士为推动大学在有关学科上的目标所能提供的协助，包括提供实用训练设施、提供兼职教学人员和设备、颁发奖学金、学生研究金等。
