Results of Library User Satisfaction Survey 2021

Thank you everyone for participating in our Library User Satisfaction Survey 2021. This year, the survey has been conducted from 7 April to 7 May 2021. A total of 188 responses were received with an overall satisfaction score of 3.99 in a 5-point scale. 

Reference Services” receives the highest average score of 4.19 points among all the service categories. This is followed by “Access Services” and “Environment”, which got an average score of 4.10 and 4.06 points respectively. By looking into the mean scores, “Reference Services – Helpful” (4.28), “Reference Services – Friendly” (4.27), and “Physical Setup – Security & Personal Property” (4.25) were the top 3 among all individual items.
