InnoEX 2026

Reinforcing its mission of “Education in Service to Society”, Lingnan University showcased the AI-powered inventions in the 4th InnoEX, co-organised by the Innovation, Technology and Industry Bureau of the HKSAR Government and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), which was held in the Hong Kong Convention Exhibition Centre from 13 to 16 Apr 2026. This year, InnoEX focused on five dynamic areas: AI+, Robotics, Low-altitude Economy, Property Technology, and Retail Technology.

Lingnan research teams showcased two high-impact AI-driven inventions: a Graph RAG-Empowered Agentic AI System designed to detect medical billing fraud through advanced diagnostics, and an integrated platform that ensures stringent quality assurance in construction. These breakthroughs exemplify Lingnan’s leadership in delivering practical AI applications for healthcare and construction sectors. These are attractive to potential partners in the event who aim to address pain points for enterprises to create new development opportunities.
