Prof. Martin Yick is a Professor of Teaching in the Department of Operations and Risk Management at Lingnan University. He obtained his PhD. at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He is also a CFA charterholder and a certified holder of FRM. His research focuses on Corporate finance and risk management. In recent years, he has investigated the change of corporate capital structure and investment decisions under uncertainty.
