Booking Privileges Update for Rooms/Facilities Booking System

Based on the feedback from recent Library surveys and recognizing our ever-growing student community, Library decided to prioritize student needs to enhance study experience.

Effective from 2 September 2024, our Rooms/Facilities Booking System have made the following changes:

Individual Study Rooms and Group Study Rooms: To ensure fair usage and availability, these spaces will now be exclusively bookable by Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.

Postgraduate Research Carrels (1/F): Aiming to support our dedicated Postgraduate students' research endeavours, these carrels will be reserved solely for their use.

We believe these changes will significantly ease the demand, ensuring more accessible and equitable study spaces for everyone.
