Admission Requirements

General qualifications

  • Hold a bachelor's degree awarded by a recognized tertiary institution or have equivalent qualifications, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

     

Language requirements

In addition to the above, an applicant whose degree or, exceptionally, an alternative qualification deemed equivalent from a tertiary institution is not using English as the medium of instruction (MOI) for the programme should obtain:

  • a minimum score of 79 in the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Internet-Based Test; or

  • a band score of 6.0 or above in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS); or

  • a minimum score of 450 or above in the College English Test Band 6 (CET-6).

Applicants who do not fulfill the above language requirements but have an equivalent score in a recognized test, or an equivalent qualification assessment to prove their language proficiency will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Declaration

  • Any false, unclear or misleading information and/or document(s) provided by applicants in their application will disqualify their applications or revoke their admission offers, and any fees paid, including down payment or deposit, will be forfeited. According to the laws of Hong Kong, forgery is a serious criminal offence that a convicted offender may be liable to imprisonment for fourteen years.
